Pricing questions
Tib chats, generated insights and proactive cloud responses share one monthly allowance. Reading a saved result or logging manually does not use it. There are no automatic usage-based charges.
One supported image or PDF processed by the document service. File and processing limits apply. If a file is too large, we tell you to split it; we do not silently omit pages. A failed analysis returns the allowance.
