Terms of Use
Last updated: 10 June 2026
The agreement that governs the TibMind website and app — including the bright line that TibMind informs and organises, and never replaces professional medical care.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TibMind website (www.tibmind.com) and the TibMind mobile application (together, the "Services"), operated by BiggerMind Group ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
This is a launch-preparation version of our Terms, published ahead of the app's public release. It will be refined as the product finalises, and the "last updated" date above will change when it does.
2. What TibMind is — and is not
TibMind is an AI-powered companion that helps you organise health information, understand medical documents in simpler language, track daily health context, and stay proactive with reminders.
TibMind is not a medical device, a healthcare provider, or a source of medical advice. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, pharmacist, or qualified healthcare professional. AI explanations and insights are educational and informational. Always seek professional advice for medical decisions, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to create a TibMind account. Family features let an account holder organise information for family members — including children — as their parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you add. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
4. AI features and their limits
TibMind uses AI to extract, summarise, and explain information. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and document extraction can misread values. The Services are designed to show you sources and originals so you can verify — and you should verify anything that matters with the original document and a qualified professional. You agree not to rely on AI output as a basis for medical decisions.
5. Subscriptions
TibMind offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions (planned: Individual and Family) are purchased through the app store on your device and managed through your app store account, subject to the store's own terms. Pricing shown on this website before launch is planned pricing and may be adjusted at launch. No payments are taken through this website.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully, or to harm yourself or others.
- Attempt to access other users' information or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services or their AI outputs.
- Upload content you do not have the right to store — only add health information for yourself or for people you are entitled to act for, such as your children or family members in your care.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the information and documents you add to TibMind. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the Services for you — for example, storing a document you save or processing a report you ask Tib to explain. We do not use your health content for third-party advertising.
8. Intellectual property
The Services — including the TibMind name, logo, design, and software — are owned by BiggerMind Group and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond using the Services as intended.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiggerMind Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, including decisions made in reliance on AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
